review + plan

finally... the end of the semester.. and honestly, i had so much fun this semester and really enjoy it...
especially in Julia's class, we learn shooting stuff... how to make a video clip and then upload it to youtube

and i remember once, we went out do shooting stuff in manly, we were beside the beach , was so beautiful and everything going perfect... juz all of the sudden, it started raining ... haha we was so tried but joyful... i experienced something i never had and i enjoy it. from that, i learn how to participate in a group project more than the skills of shooting

And in Russell 's class i also had so much fun and i learn something never know before, was podcasts. i remember the first topic was memories then we have done christmas for the next, and the last one as my last assignment due this semester was the podcast about toys.

we firstly, go to interview people basic on those topic used the recorder.. even though, sometimes the recorder doesn't work properly... the editing part i had heaps of fun by adding sound effects and background music ...

then my need to hv a plan for my holiday
can't believe i'll be in Hong Kong tomorrow ... so quick
and i probably spend most of the time with families, go shopping with mum and maybe go travel with dad ...
actually, i really wanna go travel with my family, cuz i never did since i was 12 i guess, my mum doesn't like travel, she prefer stay home ... so i almost have no chance going travel with two of them... so sad hopefully, mum gonna chance her mind

and the second thing i am planning to do is look for a church in Hong Kong, because i have a stable church to go in Sydney but not Hong Kong, every year i go back just couldn't find one, it is not because there is not church, it's because always feel hard to walk in some church immediately... so hopefully, some of my friends can guide me to the church they usually going ...

grandpa

today is my grandpa's birthday.. he is 87th
and i called him said happy birthday to him ...
apparently my grandpa is kinda deaf now...
i would always love to communicate with him more...
or listen to his past stories...
or at least tell him what i am studying...
i know he wants to know more about my life... for example he asked about my uni tuition fees today... but it was quite hard to answer him as he couldn't really listen to what you say...
you sort of have a shout a few times...

these things seem so distant now...
like before i went back... we could only sit in front of the TV together... and say nothing...

as well as that my grandma's health is declining...
it's quite hard for me to express my care to her as she is quite sick...
the only thing i could do is to talk to her and joke around so that she would laugh...

and it makes me think back to my childhood, i was always sleep together with them. and grandma loves telling stories .. the sad thing is i only remember some of them now... all the memories are so unclear ... juz want to spend more time with them...

i know that's the reality...

i just hope i could treasure everything around me...
actually i really look forward to my grandpa's birthday dinner few weeks later...

pumpkin soup ( Portage au Potiron)

last night, its my first time try to make pumpkin soup.. but it was great haha before making it , i did a lot research...
materials:
one pumpkin
one onion
(some) mushrooms, depends how many you like
chicken soup (1 kilo)
seafood (200 gram)
fresh lemon (3 pieces)
fresh milk (half cup)
butter (2 spoons)
the process =)
-cut off the skin of the pumpkin, is the most difficult part. cuz the skin is too hard . so next time when you make pumpkin soup remember to buy a pumpkin without skin.. otherwise takes you half hour.. then you'll become a pumpkin-man-then cut it in small pieces, boil it
-then use a bread mixer make it becomes mash-boil 200 gram seafood with 3 pieces of lemon
-cut the mushrooms in small pieces then fry with onion
-final step: put pumpkin mash, seafood, onion and mushrooms all the things together in a big pot then add one kilo chicken soup, half cup of milk and 2 spoons of butter.
or you can put pepper, salt as you likethen finally, i finished and it really nice and tasty..^^ and looks good as well.. nice colour

Enchanted / I am legend

highly recommend!!! feels funny even when i was the trailer.. A interesting movie genre!!
A classic Disney animated fairy tale meets with modern, live-action comedy in Enchanted. the film follows the beautiful princess, Giselle as she is banished by an evil queen (Susan Sarandon) from her magical, musical animated land and finds herself in the gritty reality of the streets of modern-day Manhattan.
It makes you all happy and exactly how a disney movie should make you feel. Though it may be a bit too cheesy for some.If you're a fan of cheesy then it's awesome. The singing is also really good.=)

i was thinking if i am the only person left in New York city.. i'll prefer suicide And ... u can see Will Smith has grown into such a fantastic actor in the movie

twister..

really enjoyed playing TWISTER with my friends...
i remember playing it way back in primary school...
can't believe i am enjoying it as much as i did before... actually i had more fun last night...
the funny thing is... my fd never looked as enjoyed as me the game at all...
probably they was just being nice to be playing the game with me...
although it was tiring... i really enjoyed the game coz it was full of surprises...

new year

Every time when it comes to a new year, i begin to think/critiquie/refect on the year that i've been through so that i can make a resolution to improve/change myself in.... most. ways...

until this year... i start to think of my REAL future, what my career could be, what i really wanna do...

my dear friendsss

How sad is this farewell week... most of my friends are going back to hong kong for holiday within a week. We hang out at weekends, bible studied together, then went to beach and had a dress code party.. these things just happened last two weeks, but all of the sudden.. they all leaving me for 3 months. finally, i realized they are soooo important to me, they are not only the friends who i always hang out with, to me we are more like a family.. cuz we all live here without our families, friends are always the best listener and helpers.
after sighzz.. everything should be back to normal, get ready... still have 2 months to go :(
hope i can meet u guys in hong kong after... before that, please take care yourself spend more time with families, have a great time in hong kong... important thing!!! dun forget to miss me ^^
