pumpkin soup ( Portage au Potiron)

last night, its my first time try to make pumpkin soup.. but it was great haha before making it , i did a lot research...
materials:
one pumpkin
one onion
(some) mushrooms, depends how many you like
chicken soup (1 kilo)
seafood (200 gram)
fresh lemon (3 pieces)
fresh milk (half cup)
butter (2 spoons)
the process =)
-cut off the skin of the pumpkin, is the most difficult part. cuz the skin is too hard . so next time when you make pumpkin soup remember to buy a pumpkin without skin.. otherwise takes you half hour.. then you'll become a pumpkin-man-then cut it in small pieces, boil it
-then use a bread mixer make it becomes mash-boil 200 gram seafood with 3 pieces of lemon
-cut the mushrooms in small pieces then fry with onion
-final step: put pumpkin mash, seafood, onion and mushrooms all the things together in a big pot then add one kilo chicken soup, half cup of milk and 2 spoons of butter.
or you can put pepper, salt as you likethen finally, i finished and it really nice and tasty..^^ and looks good as well.. nice colour
